To request approval for the trip, click the “Request Approval” button.
The default email address for your approval manager as specified in your profile is displayed. This can be changed to another email address if the manager is not available.
The default email address for the travel coordinator as specified in your profile is also displayed here. This can also be changed here if the travel coordinator is not available.
.Clicking on “Request Approval” will automatically send the following email to the approval manage
At the same time, you will be notified that approval has been requested and the “Request Approval” button will switch to “Cancel Approval Request”
Once your manager clicks “Approve”, you and your manager will be notified by email that approval has been granted
And the “Cancel Approval button” will disappear from your screen
