If you usually send all of your trips to the same person for booking you can add their email address into your Business Profile. Here are some instructions on how to do that.
1) Log in to your Travaplan account.
2) Select the Settings Icon from the left hand menu.
3) Select "Business Profile"
4) Tick the Coordinator Required box, enter the email address of your Travel Coordinator and click "Save Details".
5) This will now become the default email address for all future booking requests. You will also have an option to edit the email address before you submit your request.
